About Us

Florida Hospital Memorial Home Health is a not-for-profit faith-based home health agency owned by Adventist Health System (http://www.ahss.org/) and operated by Florida Hospital Flagler (http://www.floridahospitalflagler.com).  We began serving the Flagler community in 1991, expanding to Volusia County in 1992 as part of Memorial Health System.  Memorial Health System became part of Adventist Health System in 2000, at which point home health services in Volusia County were divided and West Volusia Home Care was identified as the AHS home health provider servicing the west part of Volusia County while Florida Hospital Memorial Home Health provides services in East Volusia and Flagler counties. 

Florida Hospital Memorial Home Health is fully licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (license #HHA215580961), certified by Medicare, and accredited by The Joint Commission. Our services are available seven days a week and are provided without regard to age, sex, race, religion, handicap, national origin or sexual orientation.
